Liz Galloway
Liz has been teaching and mentoring spa therapists and body workers for years. A licensed massage therapist and CEU provider, she is known for her passion in the industry and her grounded, effective way of training. A featured speaker at many spa and resort expo's and conferences she is a known for inspirational leadership and insights in the business. She has written many industry articles and has co authored a key text on spa treatments, marketing and empowerment for the spa professional. "What Makes Your Spa So Special? Years of experience include, creating a sports clinic early in her career, working with celebrity athletes,  directing, operating and opening successful spas, and being sought as an innovative trainer and bodyworker. She maintains a company in both Costa Rica and the U.S. She spent years in spa training, and spa image advisement in Costa Rica and now travels to locations replicating key skills and seminars.

Her work in international spa development has allowed a more defined level of expertise to her spa business consulting work, and educational scope. She believes in strong community involvement and continued growth both personally and professionally. Each workshop and training is an opportunity to create a ritual and a mark a life transition. Molly McBride
A long time bodyworker with experience in deep tissue, holistic and energy healing, sports therapy, and all spa modalities. She has worked in the capacity of spa director, business owner and therapist over the years, which allows her to bring together a focused and results driven personality in current position and our seminars. She is co founder and owner of Spa Uno Day Spa in Manual Antonio, Costa Rica, one of the most respected in the area. In high demand as a therapist in her spa, she now has created a professional school at her Costa Rica Training Center, where she puts all her staff, and hand picked therapist through six months of intensive spa quality training. She is now expanding into training systems and key retreats to bring her knowledge to a wider audience with Spa College International and Lotus Effects.

Douglas Preston
An entertaining speaker and educator, Preston appears at numerous spa industry and corporate events including the Day Spa Expo, I/SPA, Cosmoprof, IECSC, Spa and Resort Expo, the International Congress of Esthetics, Face and Body Conference, and others. As an established leader in sales and management strategies, Preston's systems have helped to improve business efficiency and profit for many thriving international companies, large and small.

Mr. Preston is a business consultant and frequent lecturer in the day and medical spa industry who's been featured on CNN and Fine Living channels. Preston's business articles regularly appear in Spa Management Journal, Medical Spa Magazine, Dermascope, Spa 20/20, BeautyNZ, and others.

Anthony Carroccio
SpaTrends, "The Official Buyers Guide" provides wholesale spa industry products, resources, press, and industry trends. This is one of the brainchild's of its President/Publisher, Anthony Carroccio, the Founder and former Publisher of Healing Retreats & Spas Magazine. With 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, Anthony also lives a lifestyle of wellness and health with raw foods and other health therapies.

His expertise has been developed through years in the marketing and advertising industries. This background has provided key elements for developing spa identities and creating consulting opportunities as a well known consultant. His current position as President/Publisher of Spa Trends, one of the most thorough spa buyer guides, enables him to extend his expertise to others. He joins our team as a valued individual and a raw food and anti aging enthusiast with many connections in the industry.


Felicia Brown
Felicia is a licensed LMT and NCBTMB provider. She is owner of Spalutions, a company who strives to motivate, educate, and empower others, especially spa, salon and healing arts professionals. She provides this through business coaching, continuing education training programs and inspirational products. She has writtern for numerous trade publications, including Massage Therapy Journal, Massage magazine, Massage and Bodywork, Spa Management Journal and Dermascope. She has recently released her first CD, 'Just Breathe, Guided Meditations for Inner Peace.'

Felicia has won numerous awards for her business skills, including 2005 Small Business Person of the Year, 2004 Women in Business (The Business Journal) 2003 Forty Leaders Under Forty (The Business Journal) 2003 Best Places to Work (The Business Journal) and 2005 Best Spa in Greensboro (Triad Style)

Jacqueline Stolte
Jacqueline Stolte is an all-around athlete and Ironwoman and has been practicing yoga asana, pranayama and meditation since 1993. She received her ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra & Ayurveda) 500-hour teaching certification in 1997 from Yogiraj Alan Finger, and is pre-natal certified.  She considers Glenn Black her primary teacher-guide and has studied extensively in the Astanga and Iyengar traditions, including with Kofi Busia, Baron Baptiste, and Cindy Lee. Jacqueline blends her athleticism and training in Tantric philosophy to provide a clear system for understanding the day-to-day needs of the body.


 In 2001, Jacqueline founded Yoga for Peace (www.yoga-for-peace.org) as a way of celebrating our lives and acknowledging the sacrifices made on September 11, 2001. Yoga for Peace provides a space for exploring what happened on that day and to practice letting go of the clinging nature of our own beliefs, which keep us from the full experience of being alive. As of September 2007, 21 cities worldwide participated in the annual event. Yoga for Peace will merge with the Global Mala Project, founded by Shiva Rea, underscoring the importance of joining together to demonstrate peace
